Electrical distribution panel inspection inside a facility

Commercial & Industrial Facilities

Electrical Support Before
Something Goes Down

Electron Services offers facility service agreements tailored to each building and process — scheduled electrical and controls inspections, real documentation, organized backups, and a prioritized repair plan, so problems are found on your schedule instead of in the middle of a shift.

What an agreement can include

Built Around Your Facility, Not a Package

Every agreement is customized. We start with what your equipment, uptime requirements, and maintenance team actually need.

Scheduled Electrical & Controls Inspections

Recurring on-site inspections of distribution equipment, motor controls, and automation panels on a schedule built around your production calendar.

Panel Schedules & Equipment Documentation

Accurate, updated panel schedules and equipment records so your team knows what feeds what before something has to come down.

PLC, PID & VFD Backup Organization

Program and parameter backups collected, labeled, and stored in an organized set your team can actually find and restore from.

Critical Components & Recommended Spares

A written list of the components most likely to stop production, with recommended spares to keep on your shelf.

Lighting & Facility Electrical Inspections

Interior, high-bay, exterior and parking-area lighting reviewed along with general facility electrical condition.

Priority Scheduling

Agreement facilities are scheduled ahead of general service requests for planned and unplanned electrical work.

Emergency Preparedness

Site details, prints, contacts, and equipment notes captured in advance so an emergency call starts with information instead of discovery.

Written Findings & Prioritized Repairs

After each visit you get written findings and a prioritized list of recommended repairs so budgeting is not a guess.

Who it fits

Facilities We Support

  • Manufacturing plants and production facilities
  • Warehouses and distribution centers
  • Commercial buildings and multi-tenant properties
  • Facility maintenance and property management teams
  • Multi-site operators across Southeast Pennsylvania

How Agreements Work

  • Agreements are customized to each facility — scope, visit frequency, and documentation are set together before anything is signed.
  • Repairs, projects, materials, and emergency field labor are quoted or billed separately unless specifically included in your agreement.
  • We do not sell unlimited service. What is covered is written down, so there is no confusion later.
  • Start with a facility assessment — we walk the building, review equipment and documentation, and propose a scope from there.

What you actually receive

Sample Deliverables

Examples of the documentation format an agreement produces. Your versions are filled in with your equipment, your panels, and your plant floor.

Inspection Report

  • Visit date, areas covered, and equipment inspected
  • Findings with photos and panel/circuit references
  • Severity: safety issue, repair soon, monitor
  • Recommended corrective action per finding
  • Open items carried forward from the prior visit

Critical Spares List

  • Line 3 main breaker — frame/trip rating, catalog no.
  • Drive for infeed conveyor — model, HP, parameters on file
  • Safety relay for guarding circuit — model and wiring ref.
  • Control transformer and fuses for the main panel
  • Each item flagged by lead time and production impact

Controls Backup Index

  • PLC — processor model, program file, revision date
  • HMI — application file and runtime version
  • VFDs — parameter sets saved per drive and location
  • PID/temperature controllers — setpoints and tuning values
  • Where the backups live and who can restore them

Formats shown are examples. Ask us to walk through a live deliverable during your facility assessment.
